Child not quite ready for Kindergarten
but they are 5?
They can also come to ECM and have
a wonderful learning experience.
|
Our
Pre-K program has proven to ready children for
Kindergarten. Our center, "hands on" learning and
phonics based philosophy has afforded many children
the knowledge both mentally and socially as they
embark on their big school
adventure. We are a provider for the State Funded
Voluntary Pre-K program and have many different classes
to chose from. Classes are 5
hour days 3 and 5 days. We also offer many options
for "wrap around" and "parent pay" to create full days. Just tell us what you
need and we can make it work.

Elisa Marzucco
Mrs. Marzucco has been on
staff of ECM for 25 years. She has a
love of children and teaching which is evident
in her dedication to ECM. She is excited
about teaching as a part of the new VPK
program and has always taught to ready her
students for Kindergarten. Her happy
smile always invites the children to come,
learn and play. She has a renewed
Child Development Associate Credential, (CDA.)
She is the co-teacher of the Panther class
room. |

Pat
Monteiro Mrs. Monteiro
returns to ECM after being away for 5 years. With
her "baby" going to Kindergarten, she is ready to return
to ECM. Ms. Pat taught in our Infant room soon
after the class was opened. Her calming, loving,
spiritual demeanor was wonderful for the youngest in our
school. She is now co- teaching in our "Panther"
VPK class and will bring all those same characteristics
to these older children. Mrs. Monteiro has a
degree in Speech and will be such an asset to this age
group as pronunciation and pre reading skills are so
very important at this age. She co-teaches with
Mrs. Marzucco.

Laura Johnson
Mrs. Johnson has come to ECM with
years of experience from the City of Coconut
Creek. She has a love of children and
enjoys teaching. She has been a great
addition to our VPK 4's program known as the
"Manatee" class. She co-teaches with Mrs. Payne. She has a
Bachelor's Degree and a CDA Credential. |

Lisa Payne
Mrs. Payne has been a part of the
ECM staff for 12 years. She has taught in our
4's, Toddlers, our
"Alligator" class and is now
co-teacher of the "Manatee" VPK Class. She loves the children and
has them "learning" through every activity
available to them. Mrs. Payne also has her Child
Development Associates Credential. |

Dawn
DeLena Ms. DeLena
has been at ECM in the teaching realm for 7 years, but has
been a part of the ECM family as a parent for
the past 12 years. She is the co-teacher
with Mrs. Dalu in the "Pelican" Class. We
are glad to have her as a part of the staff of ECM.
She earned her Child Development Associate
Credential from Palm Beach Community College.

Beverly Dalu
Mrs. Dalu is co-teacher of the "Pelican" class.
She taught in our 2 year old program for many
years and was ready to allow herself a change.
She has been a
part of ECM for many years but on staff for 20
years. She has seen many children through our
program and loved by them all. She has a Child Development
Associates Credential. She
now has a grandchild that is a student at ECM. |

Dilia Suggs
Dilia is the Afternoon Assistant with
our Pre-K and 4 year olds. She is a
student and loves reading with this age group.
We are glad to have her as a part of the staff.
As you can see by her picture, she enjoys what
she does! |

Cindy Sawadogo
Ms. Cindy is new to our Afternoon
Assistant staff, but not to ECM. She has two boys,
one who has been and one who currently is a student at ECM. It's
always interesting to have a parent work in the
school, but she gets to be a part of both
worlds, staff and parent. The children
love her and she stays very active with them in
the Afternoons. |
