Our 3’s are developing into individuals
with their own way of doing things. Our three year old
classes are very busy with center activities and group
times. They have their “jobs” to do and enjoy role
playing while in centers and on the playground.

Polly
Eisenbarth Lead
Teacher of our Full-time 3’s and on staff for 16
years. She has seen many children through ECM
and loves teaching children to be independent
and make choices. She has a Child Development
Associates Credential and enjoys
building relationships with the children and
their parents. |
 |
Sue Sanderson
Sue is in her first year
with ECM and is a part of our Afternoon
staff. She enjoys doing art activities
with the children outside and has developed
a program that helps keep the children quiet
and still even when on the busy, loud
playground.

Lisa Payne
Mrs. Payne has been a part of the
ECM staff for 10 years. She has taught our
4's, Toddlers and is now Lead Teacher of our
Part-time 3's. She loves the children and
has them "learning" through every activity
available to them. She also coordinates
all our purchasing of supplies and furniture.
Having received a special Director's Credential,
she wants to learn the administration side of a
preschool as well. Mrs. Payne also has her Child
Development Associates Credential. |
|
Elvia Moreno
Mrs. Moreno starts her
second year with us after teaching many years in another
preschool. She left teaching to pursue
another field, but missed the children.
She has a wonderful way with the children
and enjoys creating a wonderful learning
environment for them. We are glad to
have her as a part of the ECM family. |
 |
Linda Meredith
This is Ms. Meredith's second year teaching in
the Full time Three's. She
loves the children and they enjoy her as well.
She is enjoying her new room and watching the
children grow and become even more independent. |
