Polly is the Lead Teacher of our "Butterfly" class and on staff for 20 years.  She has seen many children through ECM and loves teaching them to be independent and make choices.  She has a Child Development Associates Credential  and enjoys building relationships with the children and their parents.

Dawn has 3 years under her belt as the Assistant Teacher in the "Butterfly" class.  However, she has been a part of ECM much longer.  She has had 3 children in the school, a year of being our PVO President, and has been a substitute for many of those years as well.  We are glad that Dawn chose to become a part of the ECM Staff.  She loves the children and they enjoy her as well.

Ms. Patti came to ECM a couple of years ago to Substitute, but there were other plans awaiting her.  She has been the Afternoon Assistant in our Butterfly Classroom this past year and loves being able to do activities with the children who are here later in the day.  She has also been instrumental in creating our "Fun Daze" program for children who are out of school for Broward County Days Off.  She is now working in our "Alligator" class during the morning hours.  She is creative and a wonderful addition to ECM.  She, too, has had a daughter who graduated from ECM 13 years ago.

Raquel is a graduate of Coral Springs High School and working on classes in College.  She will be working in the "Alligator" Class during the day as well as being the Afternoon Assistant.
