Our 3’s are developing into individuals
with their own way of doing things. Our three year old
classes are very busy with center activities and group
times. They have their “jobs” to do and enjoy role
playing while in centers and on the playground.

Polly
Eisenbarth Lead
Teacher of our "Butterfly" class and on staff for 18 years. She has seen many children through ECM
and loves teaching children to be independent
and make choices. She has a Child Development
Associates Credential and enjoys
building relationships with the children and
their parents. |
 |
Dawn Greco
Dawn is brand new to the staff of
ECM as she becomes the Assistant in the
"Butterfly" class. However, she is not new
to ECM. She has had 3 children in the
school, a year of being our PVO President, and
has been a substitute for many of those years as
well. We welcome Dawn to the Staff.
She loves the children and they enjoy her as
well. |

Lisa Payne
Mrs. Payne has been a part of the
ECM staff for 10 years. She has taught our
4's, Toddlers and is now Lead Teacher of our
"Alligator" class. She loves the children and
has them "learning" through every activity
available to them. She also coordinates
all our purchasing of supplies and furniture.
Having received a special Director's Credential,
she wants to learn the administration side of a
preschool as well. Mrs. Payne also has her Child
Development Associates Credential. |
 |
Elvia Moreno
Mrs. Moreno starts her
second year with us after teaching many years in another
preschool. She left teaching to pursue
another field, but missed the children.
She has a wonderful way with the children
and enjoys creating a wonderful learning
environment for them. She and Mrs.
Payne make a great team. We are glad to
have her as a part of the ECM family. |

Catreece
Simpson
Ms. Simpson comes to us from
Georgia. She moved to South Florida many
months ago and we were in contact about any
positions at ECM. None were available at
the time of her move, so her application was
kept on file. She is now joining our staff
to teach a new class of "older threes." We
are excited about her enthusiasm for teaching
and sharing the love of God to the children in
her class. She has many years of
experience and will be an asset to the ECM
staff. |

Pat
Monteiro Mrs. Monteiro
returns to ECM after being away for 5 years. With
her "baby" going to Kindergarten, she is ready to return
to ECM. Ms. Pat taught in our Infant room soon
after the class was opened. Her calming, loving,
spiritual demeanor was wonderful for the youngest in our
school. She will now be teaching in our new 3 year
old class and will bring all those same characteristics
to these older children. Mrs. Montiero has a
degree in Speech and will be such an asset to this age
group as pronunciation and pre reading skills are so
very important at this age.
