Ms. Rosa is the Lead Teacher of our "Blue Jay" class.  She has been with ECM for 21 years.  She has completed her Child Development Associates Credential at Palm Beach Community College.  She is very "hands on" with the children in her class and enjoys watching them develop during the year she has with them. She utilizes her Spanish to teach children numbers, colors and short phrases.  She loves a parade, so on any given holiday, you can be assured that you will see her class dressed up and parading through the school.

Ms. Nancy joined our staff in April of last year as the Assistant in the Turtle Room.  A need arose for an Assistant in the Blue Jay room so she "graduated" to this class.  The Turtle children will join her soon when they move to their next room. She loves the children and their families.  Moving from Michigan has been an adjustment, but she is quickly learning that Florida is a good place to live, especially since her 2 daughters and grandchildren live here.

Victoria is a Senior at Coral Springs High.  She has taken many of their Child Care courses.  Victoria is the Afternoon Assistant.  She loves the children and enjoys their energy.  She's been a wonderful asset to ECM this year.

Ms. Nikki returned to ECM in November '09 to teach in our Turtle class.  She left ECM 5 years ago after starting a family.  Now they all come to school together, she and her 2 daughters.   With the completion of her CDA in January 2011, the opening of the Lead position in the "Dolphin" Class became hers.  She now creates the lesson plans and activities for the children in this classroom daily.   

JoAnn has been with ECM since the beginning.  Her son was in the first class started by the church known as a Mother's Morning Out in 1976.  JoAnn is the Assistant to Ms. Nikki  in our "Dolphin" class.  The cycle of life goes on and now her grandchildren have attended ECM.
