The 2’s are developing into independent children, becoming
social and enjoying other children. This age is
learning words, taking turns and following a few
directions. We are counting, learning colors and all of
our friend’s names. We love to be outside, sing and use
our hands.

Beverly Dalu
Lead Teacher of our "Dolphin" class and has been a
part of ECM for many years but on staff for 15
years. She has seen many children through our
program and loved by them all. She has a Child Development
Associates Credential
and enjoys that “2 year old” spirit. She
now has a grandchild that is a student at ECM. |

JoAnn
Knebel
JoAnn has
been with ECM since the beginning. Her
son was in the first class started by the
church known as a Mother's Morning Out in
1976. JoAnn is the Assistant to Mrs.
Dalu in our "Dolphin" class. The
cycle of life goes on and now her
grandchildren attend ECM. |

Rosa Perez
Ms. Rosa is the Lead Teacher of our "Blue Jay" class. She has been with ECM for 17 years.
She has completed her Child Development Associates
Credential at Palm Beach
Community College. She is very hands on with
the children in her class and likes watching
them develop during the year she has with them.

Nikki DaCosta
Ms. Nikki returned to ECM in
November '09 to teach in our Turtle class.
She left ECM 4 years ago after starting a
family. Now they all come to school
together, she and her 2 daughters. Since
one of those daughters would be a "Turtle" this
year, we felt it would be better for Mom and
Daughter to have their own space. So, as
they say in the Public School arena, "She
Looped." She is with the many of the same
children and is happy to spend another year with
them. She is hoping to start her CDA in
January. This is always a positive.
The more training the better the teacher.
